Native Android + iOS guide app with 40+ exhibit stops, 360° panoramas, QR scanning, and deaf-first visual design — built for the Slovenian Association of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
LiveSubtitles — Real-time subtitle streaming
Java desktop app that overlays live subtitles onto video streams in real time for deaf and hard-of-hearing audiences. JavaCV/FFmpeg pipeline, RTMP output, 50 ms buffer target. Overlay variant deployed by one of the world's largest organisations across multiple countries.
