Hosting & Ongoing Support
Your site, run the way we run fintech infrastructure — logs, SLOs, backups, and a human who picks up. EU-compliant contracts, proper invoices, GDPR-ready.
Infrastructure neglect is invisible until it isn't. Outdated plugins, lapsed SSL, no backups, hosting bills that silently double — T4 exists so none of this becomes your emergency. You get fintech-grade operational discipline applied to your website, at SMB prices.

Monthly retainer · month-to-month · no lock-in
From €60/month per site for hosting + monitoring + light updates. Larger sites or active-development packages scoped individually. No annual contracts — cancel or pause with 30 days' notice.
New feature development, design changes, third-party SaaS costs, emergency work outside plan scope (quoted separately, always upfront).
What counts as 'light updates'?
Text changes, image swaps, adding a new page from an existing template, fixing a broken link, updating contact details — anything under ~2 hours/month. Structural layout changes, new features, or integrations are scoped and quoted separately.
What's your response time when something breaks?
Monitoring alerts trigger immediately. For production-down incidents I aim to acknowledge within 15 minutes and have a first response (fix or mitigation) within 2 hours — day or night. This is documented in the service agreement.
Do you work on weekends and holidays?
Emergency incidents, yes — monitoring runs 24/7 and I respond outside business hours for genuine outages. Scheduled maintenance and non-urgent updates happen in normal working hours.
Can I move my site to you if I built it elsewhere?
Yes. Send me access to your current hosting and a list of what you're running. I'll assess the migration complexity, quote a one-time migration fee if needed, and handle the cutover with zero downtime.
What happens if I need a bigger project mid-retainer?
New feature builds are scoped and priced as T2 or T3 engagements alongside the retainer — they don't disappear into the monthly fee. You always know what you're paying for.
