1. What data we collect

Through the contact form at /en/contact/ we collect:

• your name (as entered),
• your email address,
• the content of your message,
• a timestamp and the source IP address (in the server log only, for security and audit purposes).

We collect no other personal data. The website uses Google Analytics 4 only with your consent via the cookie banner — see section 8 for details.

2. Purpose of processing

We process your data solely to respond to your enquiry and for any follow-up communication regarding a potential business engagement.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing is necessary for steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract. For follow-up communication outside the original enquiry, we rely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Data retention

We retain your message in Davor Majc's mailbox:

• actively until the communication concludes or a business relationship is settled,
• after conclusion, for at most 2 years for archival and possible follow-up.

After 2 years, personal data is removed from active systems. Messages containing contract information may be retained longer in accordance with Slovenian tax and accounting law (10 years).

5. Data sharing

We do NOT share your personal data with anyone else:

• we do not sell it,
• we do not use it for advertising,
• we do not pass it on to third parties for marketing purposes.

Messages are processed exclusively in the EU. The hosting server is in the EU.

6. Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to:

• access your personal data,
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• have your data erased (right to be forgotten),
• restrict processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing,
• withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any right, email davor.majc@numen.si. We will respond within 30 days.

You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (www.ip-rs.si).

7. Cookies

The website sets analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) only with your consent via the cookie banner. Without consent, GA4 operates in anonymous mode (Consent Mode v2 — collects only aggregated statistics without identifying individuals). Browsers also use localStorage to remember your consent choice and language preference — this data contains no personal information.

8. Google Analytics 4

With your consent via the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the website.

What's collected: anonymous visitor identifier, page views, country, device, traffic source, scroll depth.

IP addresses are anonymized (last octet stripped). Google processes this data in the United States. GA4 data retention: 14 months.

You can withdraw consent at any time by:

• clicking "Decline" in the cookie banner (if it reappears),
• deleting the numen_consent_v1 cookie/localStorage in your browser,
• enabling your browser's "Do not track" setting — Google honors this for non-signed-in users.

9. Third parties

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). Google may collect technical data (IP, User-Agent) when serving fonts. See: policies.google.com/privacy.

In the future we may add an embedded booking service (Microsoft Bookings) — that service processes booking data directly via Microsoft. We will update this policy for any change in processing.

10. Policy changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The date of last update appears at the top. Material changes will be communicated by email if we are in active contact with you.
