How fast can you actually deliver?
A focused one-page or small marketing site: 5–10 working days from content freeze. A full multi-page site with copy work and design iteration: 2–4 weeks. Online stores and multilingual sites: 4–8 weeks. The bottleneck is almost always content, not code — once we have your text and photos, we move fast.
What stack do you build on?
Whatever fits the brief. WordPress when you want to edit content yourself or run a shop on WooCommerce. Astro or a custom static build when you want it to load instantly and cost almost nothing to host. Shopify-adjacent for very specific commerce flows. I'll tell you honestly which is right for your situation on the first call — no preferred-stack agenda.
Do I own the site after?
Yes — fully. The code, the content, the domain, the hosting account if I set it up for you. Everything in your name. No vendor lock-in, no monthly licence on the site itself. If you ever want to move to another developer, you can — I'll hand over access without drama.
