I'm Davor, founder of Numen. I work at the intersection of development, infrastructure, and business strategy — as a fractional CTO, a technical architect, and (when the project calls for it) the developer who ships the code.

Over the last ten years I've been the first technical mind at multiple funded startups, shouldered Fractional CTO duties at others, and stayed for years rather than weeks. From a crypto custody platform built from scratch (CryptoUnity — seed to production, with me as CTO) to a workforce development SaaS serving multiple countries (GetThrivin — Fractional CTO through their scaling phase) to AI-powered market tools (Dealko, first in Slovenia) and a WordPress automation platform (CrewPress) — these are startup engagements, not consulting sprints.

I personally lead every engagement. When a project demands broader expertise, I bring in trusted specialists I've worked with for years — senior engineers, mobile developers, designers. That's what "Numen" means in practice: one person with a reliable network, accountable end-to-end.
