These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the website numen.si ("the website"), operated by Numen d.o.o., Blejska Dobrava, Slovenia. By accessing the website you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

1. Purpose of the website

The website is an informational presentation of Numen d.o.o., our services (technical consulting, software development, AI integration, website maintenance) and our portfolio. Content on the website is general information and does not constitute professional advice, legal opinion, or a binding offer.

2. Service engagements

All services provided by Numen d.o.o. are performed under a separate engagement contract between the client and Numen d.o.o. Pricing shown on the website (e.g. "from €2k/mo", "from €15k/project") is indicative and non-binding. Actual pricing is set in a written proposal based on agreed scope.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the website (text, images, code samples, architecture diagrams, logos, design choices) is the property of Numen d.o.o. or used with permission. Reproduction, distribution, or republication without written permission is not permitted.

Project and technology names referenced as portfolio items (CryptoUnity, GetThrivin, Dealko, etc.) are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to describe actual engagements.

4. Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is". Numen d.o.o. makes no warranty regarding:

• complete accuracy of every detail on the website,
• uninterrupted availability of the website,
• security of transmissions outside our control (e.g. network disruptions).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Numen d.o.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the website.
