From a crypto custody platform built from scratch (CryptoUnity — seed to production, with me as CTO) to a workforce development SaaS serving multiple countries (GetThrivin — Fractional CTO through their scaling phase) to AI-powered market tools (Dealko, first in Slovenia) and a WordPress automation platform (CrewPress) — these are startup engagements, not consulting sprints.
